  • Daily Actionable Tips & Tools: Each day focuses on simple, practical techniques to support your nervous system, from nutrition to movement to mindfulness.
  • Self-Discovery: Engage in reflective practices that help you tune into your body’s signals and needs, empowering you to make choices that support your health and well-being.
  • Community Celebration: On Thursday, December 19th, we will join together in a celebration call to recap and provide final recommendations to continue your healing journey.

About Your Winter Calm Guide  

Jessica Whitmill, NTP, MBSR-P, is a Holistic Health Practitioner with training in Nutritional Therapy, Mind Body Spirit Release™, detoxification and functional lab testing. She founder and lead Practitioner at Elevated Functional Health in Boulder, CO. She found healing from autoimmunity through emotional and energetic work, finding the root cause of her symptoms, and by making healthy lifestyle changes. Her passion is to help others do the same!
